Responsible for the worship life of the Congregation, including celebration of the Sacraments, the orderly conduct of Sunday Worship, as well as special services/events in the life of the Congregation. The duties associated with this responsibility are:
- Co-ordinating the Sacraments of Baptism, Communion and liturgical celebration of Confirmation
- Maintaining care of the Communion Table, Christ Candle, collection plates/baskets for adult/children’s offering, seasonal/special event banners
- Arranging for floral or other decorations for the Sanctuary and Narthex
- Maintaining all Hymnals and Bibles
- Arranging Pulpit Supply and assisting with worship
- Providing people to serve Communion, assist with Baptism, collect the offering, greet at the door, read Scripture and find ushers as needed
- Overseeing monthly worship at Kin Place Personal Care Home
- Supporting music ministry, including Congregational Singing Leader and Pianist, Sonbeam Choir and Director
