Inservice Day Program

For the 2023-2024 school year, we are excited to be offering an Inservice Day program for school-age kids in Kindergarten to Grade 6. 

About Our Program

We are dedicated to providing a fun, wholesome and engaging experience for your children, in a welcoming and supportive environment. Kids will enjoy a variety of hands-on activities while making new friends.

Our $25/1st child & $15/additional child daily fee includes fully supervised care from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. , morning and afternoon nutritious full snacks (parents responsible for providing a bagged lunch), and all activities such as:

• Creative Play
• Cool STEM Stuff
• Active Games
• Neat Crafts Projects
• Outdoor Fun
• Kids in the Kitchen
• Learning New Skills
• Movies

Registration closes one week before each scheduled Inservice Day program date. Now or in the future, you can pick and choose any dates you wish your child to attend. Registration form and Program poster are available for download on this page.

Note: the Registration form only needs to be completed in full once, for a child's initial participation in the Inservice Day program. The only revisions required to be made to the Registration Form or Medication Administration Authorization Form by the parent or guardian at a later date would include a change in contact information, child's medical condition, or medications to be administered by our Program staff. Once we have your completed and signed Registration form on file, you just need to contact us at least one week before the desired Inservice date and remit payment to reserve a spot for your child.

Payment in advance for each date registered can be made in cash, cheque payable to Oak Bank United Church, or e-transfer to our Treasurer at: obuctreasurer@gmail.com
