Responsible for the general maintenance and care of all church property and equipment. The duties associated with this responsibility are:
- Addressing minor renovations and remodelling of the church
- Supervising the cleaning and maintenance of church property
- Ensuring adequate property and liability insurance, in consultation with the Trustees
- Preparing and maintaining a written inventory of all Church assets
